Sarah Feilders

Creator, Fitness & Flexibility Expert

Hi, I’m Sarah. I bring over 25 years of experience in the dance, sport, and fitness world, with a deep passion for helping people move well, feel strong, and stay flexible at every stage of life. Throughout my career, I’ve been a flexibility coach specializing in mobility training and dance techniques to Olympic and high-performance athletes while also working with the general population through personal training, dance classes, Pilates, and yoga. This unique blend of experience has shaped my approach to movement—grounded in both performance science and real-life practicality. I hold certifications from ACE, YogaFit, Stott Pilates and many others, and I specialize in creating inclusive, sustainable routines that support strength, mobility, and well-being. I created the Extensa Method to train instructors in leading safe, effective stretch classes. While the method has evolved to give instructors more freedom to teach under their own brand, its foundational principles remain central to my teaching. Today, I’ve begun a new path which I call: Ageless Flexibility, a YouTube channel and subscription-based community for women in midlife who want to feel good in their bodies without the pressure of regimented fitness trends, toxic diet culture or unrealistic expectations. It’s a welcoming, supportive space offering stretch, mobility, and fitness routines designed to help you stay active, energized, and pain-free—now and for years to come.
