Classes are 4x per week:
- Live via Zoom Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Extensa (beg-Int) @8:30am EST
- Extensa Restorative @11:00am EST
- On demand via your Extensa library
- posted every Tuesday & Thursday evening*
Your subscription is a monthly fee. Your payments are made every month on the date of your subscription.
Extensa Wellness is:
- 45 minute Extensa full body flexibility class 2x per week
- 30 minute Extensa Restorative class 2x per week
Joining the Extensa community will expand your idea of what being active is all about. Be open to enjoying movement and understand that feel good movement is well being!
